We’re recruiting Baltimore-based Street Sales Ambassadors for a 30-day, commission-only pilot. This role is for people who are out in the city, comfortable talking to others, posting short videos, and earning based on performance.

20% commission on every sale
10% bonus if you exceed $1,000 in 30 days

Featured as an official Outside Insiders Sals ambassador (Baltimore)
Expectations
Wear your Outside Insiders bag while moving through Baltimore
Talk naturally with people who ask about or notice the bag
Post 2 short videos per week (15–45s)
Aim to generate $500 in sales during the 30-day pilot
Who We’re Looking For
Baltimore locals who are out and about 3+ days/week
Comfortable starting conversations when someone shows interest
Comfortable posting short videos (or willing to try)
Motivated to earn commission
